Todd Sherman

Todd Sherman (Born 1955) is active/lives in Alaska.  Todd Sherman is known for Landscape.

A resident of Fairbanks, Alaska, Todd Sherman is a painter, printmaker, and professor of art. Sherman received his undergraduate degree in art from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, and a Master of Fine Art in printmaking from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York.

His work has been exhibited extensively in solo, juried, and invitational shows across the United States, and he has also curated numerous shows. Sherman is also known for his big cat artwork in the Nature Companys The Clan of the Wild Cats (1996).

He has participated in the Artists for Nature Foundation, an organization based in the Netherlands and consisting of artists dedicated to promoting through their work, the conservation of natural and historical landscapes, one of their selected locations being the Copper River region of Alaska.
